200: Introduction to Self-Discovery

Introduction to Self-Discovery teaches the foundational principles and models of the Academy's work, and provides the student with an experience of Transformational Meditation^TM. Students will learn:

The Academy's model of the "Four Expressions of Mind";
What limiting beliefs are, how they are formed, and how they obstruct living life to its fullest potential;
Why awareness alone cannot remove limiting beliefs;
How to connect with the student's Higher Power to eliminate these limiting beliefs.

Students will then be guided on a meditation to:

Align the Four Expressions of Mind;
Gather the raw data to define their Purpose;
Use Transformational Meditation^TM to connect with and utilize their Higher Power to free themselves from a limiting belief of their choosing.
