Deborah M. Dubree, Director of DevelopmentAfter leaving the Chicago area and moving to Phoenix, Deborah rejoined the working world as a receptionist. Her total goal was to get out of the house, not talk baby talk, to earn enough money to pay for her son’s preschool and to pay for the car it took to get to work. By “chance” she ended up as a receptionist for a company which led to her career in construction. Deborah left the world of construction after 25 years of climbing the corporate ladder from receptionist to owner of a multi-million dollar design-build commercial general construction company. She has worked in and thrived in what is typically thought of as a male dominated industry. Her love and passion for coaching, teaching and speaking were always part of her leadership style. Now they are her sole focus - as she shares her many lessons, knowledge and passion with her students. During her 25+ years in business Deborah studied leadership, spiritual growth and quantum physics. Her article and self written course on “The Spirit of Entrepreneurial Leadership” incorporates her belief and desire to instill passion and the Law of Attraction into business. She loves when people become clear about whom they are and learn how to attract what they want in to their life . . . both business and personal. She helps people learn how to thrive. With her two amazing children grown and living their own full successful lives – Deborah has taken time to enjoy her love for travel. Her adventuresome spirit has led her around the world. “My heart sings when I travel. I continue to enjoy people wherever I go . . . people are people. We are connected.” Her deep connection with animals has put her eye-to-eye with lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, etc. in Africa; whales in Hawaii; moose, wolf and bear in Alaska; Great White sharks off the Isla de Guadalupe; and kangaroo and koala bears in New Zealand and Australia. Oh my!! Deborah continues to learn many lessons from the animal kingdom. Personal Studies in Consciousness, Our Brain, Human Behavior, Quantum Physics Deborah has studied human behavior, the human brain and consciousness for over 20 years. With the addition of quantum physics everything expanded. Her own path through life has taught her to do more than tolerate what occurs in her life. She continues to learn and grow from it. Her personal experience with death of young people and loved ones, great financial burden, single parenting, health issues and failed relationships have taught Deborah life lessons . . . that go far beyond what can be read in any book. Deborah knows how to thrive. Every event in her life created a choice . . . survive or thrive! It is her choice to reframe her thoughts and emotions around the event and reclaim her vibrant life. She brings all of her lessons into her coaching philosophy. Along the way Deborah has evolved from the lessons of many teachers, including: Dr. David Hawkins; Dr. Bruce Lipton; Gregg Bradden; Dr. Libby Adams; Dr. Joseph Dispenza; Ayn Rand; Eckhart Tolle; Dr. Miceal Ledwith, and more. She has also grown from knowledge she gained from many business advisors, such as: Napoleon Hill; Warren Bennis; Stephen Covey; Kouzes & Posner; Jack Welch, and more. Deborah brings laughter, learning and long lasting change into her confidential one-on-one coaching sessions with her students.
