Deborah M. Dubree, Director of Development

Deborah uses her powerful skills as a Transformational Coach and in Transformational Meditation™ to help people create the life they deserve.

Climbing the corporate ladder from receptionist to owner of a multi-million dollar construction company, Deborah has worked in and thrived in a typically male-dominated industry. Her continued success is a direct result of her choice to fully be in her power and use her intelligence, integrity, work ethics and intuition.

Deborah has studied human behavior and the importance of an individual’s choices upon the direction of his or her life for over 27 years. Her practical knowledge has been augmented by her studies - of and with - many national and international teachers. Topics include: corporate leadership; quantum physics; and spiritual growth. She combines them all, along with her life experiences and adventures, when she coaches and speaks with professionals; leaders; entrepreneurs; traders; wealth builders and athletes.

Having spoken to groups across the United States and internationally, Deborah takes pride in delivering an effective, enduring and energizing message. She draws from her diverse professional and personal background. She speaks on “The Imaginative Leader™”

As an extensive traveler, Deborah continues to seek new experiences and adventure in how she lives her life. A few of her adventures include: snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef in Australia; driving a 600 hp NASCAR style racecar averaging over 124 mph at the Richard Petty School of Driving; hot air ballooning over the migrations in Kenya, East Africa; exploring the Waimangu Volcanic Valley in Tauranga, New Zealand; looking eye to eye with 14-foot Great White Sharks during her shark dive off the Isla de Guadalupe, Mexico; and photographing cheetahs taking down prey in Tanzania, East Africa.
