Jessica Manuel
Jessica Manuel’s journey to become a coach crosses many continents. She grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison where she received a BS in Conservation Biology. After college she spent a year working in Antarctica at McMurdo Station. It was in Antarctica that Jessica discovered her love of acting while performing in Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing.
After leaving the “Ice” she traveled to Sydney Australia and was accepted to the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). Australia was not only the beginning of her acting career; it was also the beginning of her spiritual journey. It was in the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney that she went to a 10-day Vipassana retreat where her seeking spirit was awakened.
After graduating from NIDA with a BA in Drama, Jessica headed to the bright lights of Hollywood, where she has had many successes as an actress booking wonderful roles in film, television and stage all the while keeping up with her spiritual quest.
Jessica’s spiritual evolution led her to Dr. Libby Adams and the Academy of Self- Knowledge and the 28-Day Mastery of self Course. It was during this course that Jessica had her “aha” moment. She knew she had to facilitate bringing this work to the rest of the world.
Jessica is proud to be a coach helping one person at a time to change their individual worlds and in turn helping to change the world we live in. She still works as an actor and performer, but has found that doing this work trumps all and is dedicated to coaching people to unlock their true potential.
She lives in Los Angeles California with her husband and their two dogs.
“The purpose of my life is to help change world consciousness by being my own rainbow warrior.”
