Mary MakennaMary Makenna found the peace she was looking for with Transformational MeditationTM in 2005 after years of workshops, self-help books, and therapy. She gained such clarity, serenity, and purpose from the 28-day course that she knew teaching others what she learned was her next step.Mary was a nurse for thirty years and is particularly interested in teaching the principles of Transformational MeditationTM to people with health issues. She knows that peace is one of the best medicines around. She has three grown sons, and lives with one of them and her grandson in Southern Oregon. Her mission is to model freedom from fear and limitation and support others to do the same. |
